“I was a little nervous because there was zero human interaction in booking this. However, the information was accurate, the room clean, secure, and had all the amenities you might need. It even had a sound machine! It was way better than staying at a hotel. We will try kasa again in the future!”

“We stayed at the Noda location for a long weekend. We had an amazing stay at this location. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“This was a very nice, well-appointed apartment for our stay in Charlotte. Our daughter lives in the building, so it couldn't have been more convenient! We will definitely stay here when we visit next. Our only complaints are that the large community room with games, televisions, etc. was closed for maintenance; however, there was no maintenance going on while we were there that we could see. There was also a day that while we were out the maintenance people came in to do some painting. We found out they had been there after they were there, we were not notified before they came that they were coming. I would have definitely put some of our things away had we known someone was going to be in the apartment. Additionally, the hallways absolutely reek of marijuana at all times even though this is a non-smoking building. Even with these things, we will definitely stay here again. (I'm just giving an honest review) The apartment is super nice and comfortable, and "check in" was as simple as could be.”

“Stayed 2 nights and it was great. The apartment itself looked brand new and had everything you wanted. Service is great as well. At first I thought there were no cookware in the apartment and I contacted the (virtual) front desk. They did everything to get them delivered. However, later I did found the cookware in the apartment. But they did go the extra mile. They responded very quick, even if it was on a Sunday.”

“New concept to me. Cross between hotel and Airbnb. Loved it. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Had all necessary items for comfortable stay. Directions for check-in were detailed, spot on, and very much appreciated. Onsite parking with minimal charge was well worth it. Stayed at this location to attend basketball game at Spectrum Center. Had other amenities on the property we could have used but we didn't. Checkout was easy. They didn't make you do any of the things an Airbnb usually wants you to do. Would definitely stay again. Already looking to see if there is one in Atlanta, GA”
